Engraving
If you require engraving on your decanters, we will deliver in about 10 working days. If you need it sooner, we can often meet your deadline for a small charge.
Please email logos to be engraved to info@houseofcrystal.co.uk. Call us on 01924 514140 should you need to discuss your requirements. (Ideal artwork would be an editable eps file (Illustrator in versions 3,6 or 7 please). However, black & white line artwork (no greyscale or shading with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi (dots per inch) is acceptable.)
You may prefer your decanters without engraving. If so, we'll despatch them for you the same day you order them (up to 2.00pm) and you'll receive your order on the next working day. Certain items need
to be ordered by 1.00pm for next working day delivery. Please note that next-day delivery applies only to mainland UK.
